Our Vision
Building Bridges
To build a bridge to connect Bullard’s Career Technical Education students and staff to industry and resources, working to strengthen and maintain high-quality programs across the campus.
Our Mission
Driving Improvement
To identify opportunities to improve Bullard’s CTE programs while also helping to ensure students gain access to quality work-based learning experiences relevant to their specific interests.
Leadership Structure
CTE student leadership is built on the motto of Vales Valeo, or, when you’re strong, I’m strong. They value building opportunities and capabilities for others much more than they do for themselves. Their place is earned through years of dedication inside and outside the classroom.
Executive Coordinators
Veteran leaders whose journey often begins their freshman year. These students step into an established culture where their work is highly valued by staff. Their reputation allows them to have an immediate, campus-wide impact on the management and improvement of CTE programs.
Ambassador Captains
The highest level of student leadership. Having built deep rapport and relationships with CTE staff over time, Captains guide their peers and lead major initiatives, bringing invaluable experience to the table.
CTE Ambassadors
Instantly recognizable in their Bullard blazers or their tan t-shirts, they are identified early by teachers for their charisma, work ethic, and potential. These students attend short-notice events, represent their specific pathways, and work collaboratively to ensure all CTE students gain access to quality experiences.
