In our program, the classroom becomes your laboratory. You will move beyond learning educational theory and step into local elementary and middle schools to assist teachers, tutor struggling students, and design your own lesson plans.

By offering a blend of rigorous pedagogy, mandated safety certifications, and hands-on field experience, this pathway dramatically accelerates your journey toward earning a teaching credential, entering administration, or pursuing a career in child psychology.

Field Experience

Leading in the Classroom

The hallmark of the Teacher Academy is our extensive work-based learning program. Our students leave the Bullard campus to serve as interns, tutors, and student-teachers in local feeder schools, applying their classroom knowledge directly to real students in real time.
